with the focus finally turning away from a very work focused period and onto a year and an era, where the focus turns to your relationships, both personal and professional.

This is your lucky relationship year, a year when you’re able to connect, reach out and start lightening the load. You begin the year with Jupiter, planet of luck, the Sun and Mercury all in your relationship sector and Venus, planet of love and Pluto, arriving on the 24th and 26th January. If that doesn’t point your year off in the right direction, nothing will.

It’s in the first 3 ½ weeks of the year, that Venus and Pluto will remain in your work sector, creating a situation where there is still some crossover or a transition time, where you’re able to transition away from an all work mentality to one where your relationships become more important. With Venus urging you to follow your heart and Pluto creating change, this could see you return from the holiday period, ready for a change, especially as you’re unwilling to go back to the work focus that drove 2007.

At the same time Saturn will spend the whole year in your communication sector, where he’s presenting no real problems, instead creating a situation where you’re unusually mentally focused. This is going to allow you to not only open up the communication lines, especially as this is such a lucky relationship year, but also focus on any writing work or projects that require mental focus. You’ll find it a lot easier this year, to focus, concentrate and block out the things that might normally distract you.

If you do have challenges, they are likely to be caused by a lack of communication and can therefore be solved by putting more focus onto communicating. Saturn doesn’t have any tough agenda here, so as long as you keep the communication lines open, you will find that you’re able to solve problems or challenges, as they arise, easily and efficiently.

2008 marks the half way point in your current Jupiter cycle and as such, this is the year when you’re going to be focused on getting back on your most authentic path, aligning yourself with the people who are going your way, sharing your dreams or are part of your future.

This is also a good year financially. Not only are the income challenges of the past now behind you, you’ve got active support in your financial sector, with a series of eclipses marking new opportunities. The first is a solar eclipse in your money sector on the 7th February, followed by a solar eclipse in your income sector on the 1st August, both indicating new opportunities. A total lunar eclipse in your money sector on the 17th August, is likely to bring an opportunity to resolve a financial issue, make an investment or see a financial situation come to fruition.
